Delivery Policy

Delivery timeframes can vary due to a combination of operational processes and external influences that affect how packages move from our facilities to their final destination. Factors such as the distance between warehouses and customers, carrier routing systems, regional demand, and unforeseen events like weather conditions or transportation disruptions all play a role. In most situations, orders are delivered within roughly ten to twenty business days, with business days referring to weekdays only and excluding public holidays. While we make every effort to prepare and ship orders promptly, certain circumstances beyond our control may occasionally lead to delays. In those instances, we work closely with our logistics partners to help keep shipments moving and ensure they arrive safely.

Because shipping involves multiple stages and third-party carriers, it is not possible to guarantee exact delivery dates. Once an order has been finalized, processed, and transferred to the shipping provider, modifications such as changes to the delivery address can no longer be made. For this reason, customers are strongly encouraged to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase. Accurate information helps avoid complications such as delivery failures, returns, or delays caused by incorrect addresses.

After leaving our warehouse, each package travels through a network of distribution hubs operated by the carrier. These facilities handle sorting and routing, and each location functions according to its own schedule and capacity. As a result, transit times may fluctuate. In some cases, carriers may need to confirm address details or resolve minor delivery issues before continuing shipment, which can temporarily slow progress. On rare occasions, inventory discrepancies may occur after an order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable, it will be removed from the order, and the customer will be informed. Any payment for that item will be refunded, while the rest of the order will continue to be processed and shipped.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, regardless of order size or delivery location. Depending on the shipping provider and destination, a signature upon delivery may sometimes be required. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, carriers will typically attempt redelivery on following days. If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us and the order may be canceled. Once the returned shipment is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. To help avoid missed deliveries, customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information and make arrangements to receive the package when it is expected.

To keep customers informed, a tracking system is available that provides updates from the moment the order is prepared through shipment and final delivery. These updates allow customers to follow their package’s journey and better anticipate its arrival.

There are certain conditions that may delay or prevent shipment altogether. These can include temporary stock shortages, addresses located outside supported delivery regions, the use of PO boxes, or issues related to payment verification. Orders may also be delayed or canceled if the shipping information provided is incomplete or cannot be confirmed by the carrier.

If a customer receives an incorrect item, it is recommended to contact support as soon as possible so that the issue can be addressed. The support team will provide instructions for returning the item and will arrange a refund once it has been received and reviewed. For situations involving size preferences, the original product must be returned, and a new order should be placed for the desired option. If tracking updates appear unclear or indicate an extended delay, customers are encouraged to review the tracking details first and then reach out for further assistance if needed.
